With their team becoming hugely popular across the globe, the brand wanted a digital platform that would capitalise on this success. Make was brought on board to create a new fan-first, content rich website for not only Envision Racing fans, but all Formula-E fanatics.
Whilst version 1 of the site worked well for news and press releases, it didn’t provide the growing fanbase with the media rich content they desired. Through analytics analysis, fact finding, fan insight, visual research and more, we completely reworked the site’s content architecture and taxonomy, to build a strategy based around the content consumption patterns of leading sport fan sites.
Breaking the mould of traditional, cluttered Formula-E websites, we delivered an industry-leading design that reflects the client’s personality and climate friendly vision. A media rich, feature-filled experience with content led by video, it allows the visitor to access premium gated content so that Envision Racing can engage with their growing fan base like never before.
